Data and information about our potential clients are collected and recorded by ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN which are the joint data controllers. The purpose of the collection of this information (identity, contact details, role, interest in a range, messages and associated responses) is prospect relations management (occasionally as part of grouped quotes between several entities within the Group). Only customer services and branch staff in contact with the prospects are authorised to access the data communicated or recorded. The maximum retention period for the data is set at 3 years following the last activity between the company and the prospect. The legal grounds for the use and processing of our prospects’ personal data is based on the consent of the concerned contact points or the legitimate interest of potential clients or our legitimate interest as leasers of goods and service providers. We’d like to highlight that we transfer prospect data to other entities within ENYGEA Group. We’d also like to highlight that we may enrich our prospect data through third-party B2B partner and public information databases, particularly professional networks.
Personal information about our buyers and renters, as well as about any of their contact points, is recorded by ENYGEA or WC LOC or HAPPEE SERVICES or MOOV&COOK or WATERLAB or SWITTEC or BASESCLEAN, which is the data controller according to the entity invoicing the client. The purpose of the collection and storage of this personal data (identity, contact details, professional role [if applicable], order history, previous commercial communications, nominative accounting documents, any insurance documents [if applicable]) is client relations management, client support, service fulfilment and the associated invoicing, along with the optimisation of the means and resources shared by the entities within ENYGEA Group to provide its services. Only Executive Management and staff in contact with clients may access the necessary data. The maximum personal data retention period is set at 5 years after the end of the service provision for contact points to deliver, and 5 years after the end of the commercial relationship for the data of buyers, and up to 10 years for nominative accounting documents.
The legal grounds for the use and processing of the personal data may be based on:
– The execution of a commercial relationship or data processing materialised through an order agreement;
– or the execution of the applicable sale and rental conditions;
– or our legitimate interest as a renter and service provider;
– or the legitimate interest of the concerned contact points;

Only the managers of the concerned companies, the Marketing Department and the Group’s Executive Management, along with any staff in contact with the clients and prospects are authorised to access the data communicated or recorded. The maximum retention period for the data is set at 3 years. The legal grounds for the use and processing of personal data from our satisfaction surveys may be based on the consent of the concerned contact points or our legitimate interest as leasers of goods and service providers. We’d like to highlight that we transfer data from our surveys to other entities within ENYGEA Group.
A partner listing system (for potential or active partners) was implemented by ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN, which are the joint data controllers. The purpose of this recording, which contains personal data (surname, first name, role, phone number, email, etc.) is partner relations management. Only Executive Management and staff in contact with the prospects are authorised to access the data communicated or recorded. We inform our partners that we may enrich our data with public information. The maximum retention period for personal data is set at 5 years following last activity. The legal grounds for the use and processing of personal data is based on the consent of the concerned contact points or our legitimate interest as a business.
The identity of the contact points at our referenced or potential suppliers, any documents or data provided to become a supplier, along with our suppliers’ accounting documents, are collected by ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN, which are the joint data controllers with regard to the management of supplier relations and accounting. Only Executive Management, staff in charge of purchasing and projects relating to a supplier, and the Accounting Department are authorised to access the data recorded or communicated. The maximum retention period for the data is set at 3 years for potential suppliers, 5 years after the last purchase for active suppliers, and 10 years for accounting documents. The legal grounds for the use and processing of your personal data is based on the consent of the concerned contact points or our legitimate interest as a buyer, or the fulfilment of a purchase agreement. We highlight that, in rare cases, we may enrich our active or potential supplier data with public information.
Your CV, cover letter, and any other documents or data provided during a job application process (spontaneous or not), along with any data provided by former employees, are collected by ENYGEA, WC LOC, HAPPEE SERVICES, MOOV&COOK, WATERLAB, SWITTEC and BASESCLEAN, which are the joint data controllers in the aim of assessing the fit of a professional profile in relation to a vacant or potential position. Only the HR Department and the concerned managers, along with recruitment application administrators, are authorised to access the data communicated. The maximum retention period for the data is set at 2 years following the last activity between the company and the applicant. The legal grounds for the use and processing of your personal data is based on your consent or your legitimate interest as a job seeker, or our legitimate interest as a recruiter. We highlight that, in rare cases, we transfer CVs to recruitment agencies or temp agencies, along with institutional partners or partners conducting similar, connected or complementary activities. Our data and that of our clients is hosted in France, in our secure premises and externalised datacenters, mostly certified in line with ISO 27001 in Europe. Nevertheless, we highlight the use of SaaS tools (namely Google Form), approved by Privacy Shield, which may send some of our data outside of the EU, in a secure manner. In any case, we will never transfer any data to countries which are not recognised by the EU as guaranteeing data security and confidentiality.
